are the DMing tools better are they are the same but a little difference in them?

Sorry to say that no one knows for sure, junnyboy, since no details about the DMC have been released. All we DO know for sure is that the DMC is being worked on and that it'll be released as a separate download either the day of release or soon there after. We also know that the functionality of the NWN 1 DM client will be retained and a few added bells and whistles will be included but no other details.

I heard the DMC was shipped with the game afterall? Saw a screenshot with the main DM functions opened.

The DMC is in the 1.01 patch that is downloadable once the game hits shelves.
