Back Story:

Your country (that shall always remain nameless) has been in a brutal war that it did not start, a year ago a neighboring country by the name of Kelinkov, invade with out warning or provocation your peaceful nation, the world assembly truend a blind eye to this, and you were left on your own to defend against a strong bigger nation.

Your military fought valiantly and tirelessly, making the enemy pay for every inch of soil they took, but alas they did take and after 8 months of brutally fighting, they took the capital ans exiled your government.

You, now must take a stand against this evil country, but how? Are you fighting to reinstate the original government? Your own government? Or are you fighting more the possible profits of crime?

Ok, time for some constructive criticism.

When you make an RP, you need to post some information, a back-story, what the RP is about, all that jazz. You did this to an extent, but for players to take an RP seriously, you should be able to write more than just one line of information. You need to write enough information to entice the players, draw them in thinking 'this RP sounds exciting'. When I read your info I think, 'This guy doesn't seem experienced enough to GM maybe he should get some more experience first.'

Anyways, just a little bit of help form your friendly neighborhood RPer, good luck with your RP in any light. And another thing, dont bump your thread after 12 minutes, Rps take more than 12 minutes to fill up, be patient.

No you havent, this is my first one and i was going to post the back story after 5 people have joined, and I added dispostison, as a kind of, how badly do you hate, because the more one hates the more easily one dose stupid things.

CHAPTER 1: Finding the rebles.

Ok well, its bee a while, so 'Dominique Sutherland' you can start off, you haven't joined yet because you need to find the reble leader, your in the capital city, and its hell getting around any where, seucrity is tighter then my gir... well its tight. Where to you start off in your shearch? (Keep in mind this is a city with its own sectors like industrial commerical residental, ect)

* "Hmm... the Industrial District will surely have the tightest security as will the Commercial District. The urban areas are likely to have less guards, however I can't discount the possibility of them doing raids today or if they have brought in heavy technicals. If I'm to make it around he Residential areas, I'm going to need to be inconspicuous, but that would mean heading to work to grab a few things, however that is in the Commercial District. I guess you have to take risks with everything." *

In my mind, the minimum waiting period before a bump is usually an hour, and typically within one day.

I heartily agree- I have seen many a valiant concept for Role Plays die on their knees as they began to stand up, due to disinterest and disorientation, because of the vaugeness or lack of activity by the Game Master, because the Game Master thought the players would create the story.

Stories will always need leadership, or at least some kind of guidelines.

You are almost home, when you 3 military jeeps blasting sirens to get out of their way, you see them pull up to a house and rush in, there are 5 solders and a officer. Each are holding Akm/3's (aside the officer who is holding a Pistol

* "I don't want to involve myself in this. Not now at least. Just keep walking Domi, you aren't in military anymore..." *

*pulls cap down, continues walking*

You turn the cornner as you screams of a woman, then a gunshot, no scream echo from beind you it as if the whole city had become silent, the you hear, barely

"Oh they are going to pay"

* "This doesn't involve you. Just keep walking. Acknowledging the situation only puts you at risk for getting hurt. Save yourself for later." *

*continues walking*

The military jeeps continue down the street passing you. Suddednly, from a house just across the street for you, gun fire erupts from it.

"For the country!" you hear, on jeep swirves shraply and flips as the driver is killed

*takes cover behind a car while attepting survey the situation*

"Not my best day!"

There are 3 rebels in the house across the street, and there is a guy beside you (at the other end of the car) with a pistol, 2 solders are dead, and the others are shooting.

the guy at the car is laughing manicly

"I told you they would pay!" as he fired three shots off

* "Fuck! This maniac's going to get me fucking killed! What I wouldn't give for a rifle about now. Damn it! I'm gonna die anyway, might as well go out doing something other than hiding." *

*pulls flashlight from bag, turns to look at the rebel*

"Hey! You got anything I can use!?"

He looks over to you,

"how do I know I can trus--" he breaks off as the officer shoots the man, he falls to the ground dead. You hear the officer yell

"Only one rebel behined the car boys! Maybe he'll stick his head out too!"

His gun slides a few feet towards you, (its about 3 away now)

*grabs the gun and checks the magazine*

* "Eight rounds eh? Gotta make the most of it." *

"Here goes everything."

*clicks button on flashlight and tosses it out into the street, drawing their fire, runs from behind the car in attempt to flank them while firing*

You hit one in the sholder, and he gose down, the solders, fire on you bbut miss, the 2 rebels in the house take thier chance and fire killing the 2 remiaing solders (minus the wouneded one)

The rebels in the house yell at you,

"Get in here NOW! More are on thier way!"

* "Like I have any other choice in the matter." *

*runs into house*

"Thank god you are alright!" A guy in a suit said
"Go into the back there is a truck waiting to take you guys to the safe place, just follow Tom" the man in the suit said tom becond for you to follow.

"Hold on a second. First of all, I didn't ask for this to be involved in this. One of your firends just happen to draw attention to me and I was forced to act. Second of all, just who are you? Lastly, if they're heading this way now it's going to be impossible to escape undetected, especially with all the patrols that I passed by just to get here. If you just dash out of here you'll only be running into a trap, and from what I've seen you aren't prepared to handle a blockade of BMP 2s"

* "Shit! I forgot my flashlight! Oh right, my gloves." *

"My name is General Jack Tolberman, of the rebellion, former general of the military, and were aren't going out of the city, I'm staying here, you can stay if you wish, but its inadvisable, the current army knows who i am and doesn't know that I'm fight against them, you on the other hand have blood spry on you coat, look were just taking you to a safe house down the way where you can hide until the heat dies down" Said Jack

"If he really wants to stay here he can stay in the basement" said Tom

"True but the final decision is up to him" Said Jack

"I'm not getting on that truck. They'll be looking for people or vehicles escaping the area and getting on that would be suicide unless you have something to deal with heavy armor. Otherwise, I'll stay in the basement if you have something I can hide in, since they'll be checking every room."

"Sure" said Jack "Just go down there, there is a space behind a fake wall opposite the stair case, you open it by sliding back a box of soap, which in turn slides the wall open just enough for you to fit in it" He said, he looked at Tom

"You better get going, come back tomorrow"

"Right o!" Tom said and was out the door.

"Great, so I'll just use the fake wall, but I'm going to need another clip of ammo in case things go to hell."

*He hands you two clips*

"Now hurry, I see them out side"

"Thanks"

*heads into the basement and tucks away into the fake wall, making sure to load a cip and charge the weapon.*

You hear whats going on up stairs

"I could do nothing, they held me hostage!" Jack yelled

"You could of done something you are a general!" Yelled a different voice

"YES I'm a general NOT a solder not to mention I didn't have a gun!" Jack said

"I lost 6 of my men out there!" yelled the different voice

"I'm sorry to hear that Sir but I could do nothing! My hands where tied, but they did flee to the north! I saw hop into a car and head north!" He yelled (The truck went south)

"Find that car!" Yelled the other voice "And General next time, try to kill those scum, you are my friend, if you weren't you would be dead right now" he said, you just barley hearing that.

You heard the commotion as they left looking for the car.
