This preview focuses around a single NPC found in the Hive Ward. Phineas Ligistra was originally conceived by Michael Epstein as a planar trader in the Hive Ward.
This is his original description...

"When they came up with the word "Beau-Nasty", Ligistra was likely the inspiration for it. Supposedly rich, and dressed in attires that only pretend to be regal, Ligistra is an obese and slovenly fop, with a constant sly smirk and the smell of debauchery about him.
